I've stayed in many of the hotels in Dusseldorf, and this hotel is easily the best.Excellent service and the staff are great.The neighbourhood is very nice with restaurants close by,and a very short walk to trams.The staff speak excellent English.

Came for the euros and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and nicer. Was the perfect location, just far enough away from the city centre for a chilled vibe but with great transport links on our door step to get anywhere in Düsseldorf.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch throughout my visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to the center, and the facilities, including jacuzzi, exceeded my expectations. Room and hotel was fantastic and lovely. The decor was perfectly spot on and you really felt like you were transported back in time. Staff was also extremely friendly!
