Everything was perfect. Great facility, and friendly staff. There is very big and nice lounge at the ground floor where you can sit even after checkout and can even take office meetings and all. I loved it.

we arrived to the hotel too early and the girl from front desk Christina make us a priority and give us a room the soon as possible more sooner than check in. She was kind and very nice person to talk with, we ask to leave our baggage’s somewhere until our room is ready she show us a place and offered to keep an eye on them so we can make a walk. any other member of the staff was nice to us and helpful. It was more nicely than what we expected when we booking it. Small but beautyfull and cozy. Recommended.

Very flexible reception at the hotel. Friendly stuff and quick to answer your question and give you the necessary support. The breakfast was good, only that, I didn't get my favorite breakfast which is omelet as an option.

Room was super clean, super comfy, spacious, staff was very friendly and let me leave my luggage at the hotel a couple hours before check in. It is a less than 5 min walk to the nearest metro. I stayed when I went to a concert at the Mitsubishi Electric Halle and it was a 5 minute metro ride, great location.
