The location of perfect and the apartment was good for a short stay. The beds were super comfortable and the temperature in the apartment was good. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. Many stores and restaurants around the area

Apartment was bigger than I expected. A very nice looking and clean one, very cozy! Comfortable beds and just overall great atmosphere. A short walk to the supermarket. Will 100% be my go-to hotel when I'm back in Essen

I couldn't get the keys to the room, reception closed, noone answering the phone. had to wait nearly 2hrs before booking.com cancelled the reservation.
