Access was easy with a key safe outside where the code was sent on the day. This is a great location for Messe Essen, includes a 10-15 walk through the Gruga Park to get there and back :-) Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely roof terrace!

I loved everything about my stay at the apartment. It’s easily accessible by public transport, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and more just around the corner. The location was also ideal for me, as it was very close to the Klinik where I was working, and just a short walk from the charming Rüttenscheid neighborhood. The apartment itself was lovely and well-equipped for a short or medium-length stay. It had everything I needed, from a coffee machine to kitchen essentials. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. There’s also a TV, though I didn’t use it much, so I can’t comment on that. The WiFi was excellent and reliable, which made working from home easy when needed. In the building’s basement, there’s a washing machine, dryer, and some cleaning supplies, perfect for keeping the apartment tidy without cluttering the space. I believe a cleaning service can be requested as well, but I didn't do. My favorite part was definitely the terrace, which overlooks a nearby park. Sergej and Katharina were fantastic hosts. Friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout my stay. They were readily available to help resolve some initial issues with my booking and showed great patience while I waited for my credit card company to unlock my card. All in all, a perfect experience. If I return to Essen, H-apart will absolutely be my first choice.

The apartment is spacious with a modern feel and is located close to a big supermarket and the tram/bus stops. The beds are comfy and we all slept well there. Overall, this is a good apartment to have as a base for a couple of nights stay.
