The hotel is situated in a peaceful, pleasant part of Hamburg where you can really relax. A bank is right across the road, Lidl is a couple of doors down and there are very good restaurants nearby. It’s a German hotel run by Germans so you get a genuine German experience. It’s a few minutes’ walk to the train station so all parts of Hamburg are easily accessible since the public transport system is incredible (and very cheap). This is one of the few hotels who include breakfast as standard and it was very enjoyable. Great value in such a lovely area.

We loved the location as it is close to downtown - we even walked there and back on a couple of occasions. Our room was very well organized and cozy. We had a balcony facing the backyard with comfy chairs and a coffee table where we enjoyed our breakfast every day. The area around the property is very lively, especially on weekends. Plenty of places to eat - small cafes, bars, pubs. Also, there are quite a lot of international cuisine options to choose from.
Overall, we had a great time at the property and the area.

Small hotel with attentive and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Our room faced towards the courtyard garden, so it was quiet at night. Good cafés and restaurants nearby. Not far to Ubahn.

11/10 apartment!!! really a great loft, very spacious, we were 6 (2 adults and 4 children) but the loft is more than suitable for 8. the apartment has all the comforts, a very extensive kitchen but also the small details such as soaps and things for the the kitchen. the level of finish is of an unprecedented high level. Worthy of a 5 star hotel. We really liked the location, on an area with some small businesses, a good base for us to explore the city and surroundings by car. All in all a hidden gem and highly recommended.
