Very comfortable hotel, we had a dog friendly room on the second floor with it’s own outside space. Underground car park has height limit of 2.1m which allowed us to park our car with roof box - a real bonus. 1200 checkout gave us the morning to explore before heading off

The location was great, very close to the Elbe. When you step out of the hotel, you can see the Elbe. The neighborhood felt very safe. There was a bakery and supermarket right across the street. Many tasty restaurants and cafes are in the neighborhood. The UBahn was very close. Although the elevator is small, it held the 2 of us. The next time I travel to Hamburg, I will stay here again.

I liked the hotel it was very cozy and comfortable. It is in the city center, very close to jungfernstieg which is the best place in hamburg. The first they they give us a room which is cozy and nice but a little clostrophobic because there was another building very close to the windows but we told them if it is possible to change it to another room with a view , they did it the next day and were very helpfull. The receptionist were very nice and helpfull all the time. They give a free public transportation card which is free to use in subway and buses. The people that stayed in the hotel doesnt have to buy hamburg card or public transportation tickets because it is freely given by hotel which is very nice
