We can only have positive words for Hotel Fresena. The room was very comfortable with a large window, comfortable beds and everything was clean. There was room service. Every morning they offered an exceptional breakfast with a great variety of food, sweet and salty. The Staff was very attentive at all times: they attended us at our entrance explaining everything we could do in Hamburg, location, most visited places, etc. and they were available for everything we needed. The building has lots of beautiful character. Very modern in deco, and spacious room and bathroom. Great when traveling with a big group. Super comfy beds. The room had everything you need, and if anything is missing, the very friendly staff will organize it. The place was very clean!
