I arrived in Heidelberg much earlier than planned, and the room was not ready yet. However, I was able to talk to the cleaning staff, who were super kind. They kept our luggage and managed to put it into our room safely. The owner of this property also communicates actively via text message.

Fabulous breakfast with multiple choices. Hotel architecture in an old brewery is amazing. Room was large and quite despite facing the street as double window range. Parking convenient just beneath the hotel. Old town just 10 min walk distance.

The hotel room had everything, it only maybe could benefit from a minibar to keep drinks etc cold. It was comfortable and the hotel staff were very attentive and lovely, location was also good in the modern part of the city by the river

The room was spotlessly clean. Within easy walking distance of Heidelberg Hbf, all major attractions, supermarkets and great restaurants. Check-in process was easy to follow. Lift access to upper levels was also appreciated. We highly recommend Guesthouse Heidelberg.
