Very friendly staff, first time I've been greeted with a genuine welcoming smile each time left and entered. AMAZING hotel, really! I can only recommend this place. Staff was nice and helpful, great tiny living hotel rooms with a lot of different features, free washing machine, free coffee/tee, great hang out spaces.

Everything was just perfect. The room was a great size for 2 friends and it overlooked a lovely park. The room was very clean. There were USB charging points all over the room which was great. The location is absolutely perfect as it is literally a 5 min walk from the central train station. My room was available for check in even though I arrived before noon. I was so grateful for this as I had been up since 3am !The staff could not have been nicer.
