Super clean, extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Very helpful staff, our room was very warm and the air conditioning was warm for the whole building so they arranged to open our window. Staff were excellent answering questions about transport etc. A little out of centre but plenty of buses or a scenic walk by the river. Excellent value for money for such a comfortable stay.

This hotel was exceptional. The room was lovely. Considering it is very close to the main train stay we were surprised at the quality. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. There is around the corner, a laundry. Something often difficult to find in a big city. We would recommend this hotel to anyone transmitting through Mainz. .

This hotel is like a very pleasant surprise in the beautiful city of MAINZ. Very clean, very comfortable. the staff was super helpful (especially Mr. Mehdi and others whom in not aware of names). Very well decorated and rooms full of detailed amenities up to the level of dental floss. Great work by the hotel management and i think it will be a great success. Even the soaps, shampoos and conditioners were of organic type and not containing sodium laureth sulfate which is great.
