We loved the cleanliness, the comfort of the room. The staff was very kind to us. The location is a plus point, although it is not so close to the central station, there are several metro and bus stations; with these you can reach different points of interest in the city. The buffet breakfast is also a bonus. Everything was fine. Another thing that we loved was the initiative to take care of the environment... we thought it was very good.

The room was clean, nice and warm. The location was great, my sister and I walked to the city center and it was also close to the subways. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff was very helpful and very friendly. They also gave us information about places to visit and transportation. We arrived a little bit early, which I had told them beforehand. When we arrived, our room was ready, which was great. When we checked out, we could leave our suitcases at the hotel until train time, so we could explore a little bit more. They were very helpful with everything!
