I didn't know what to expect from a hostel, but the rooms were very spaceous and very clean. The staff was very friendly and the location is great if you go by train. I also had great roommates which isn't up to the hostel itself but still felt like I should mention.

The location was very nice with a large shopping mall and subway/bus station nearby. I personally loved the staff's friendliness and their prompt responses to our queries. We encountered a few problems with the room condition on the first day of our stay. The staff immediately came back to our place to fix the problem, but it got worse the next day, so we had to call the staff again. Though it was Sunday and her day off, the staff came over to offer a better, upgraded alternative so we could stay in a different room. The staff was super friendly, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts and customer service.
