The staffs are so friendly n helpful too.

It is very close to the station.
When I had a problem, I sent a message to the staff with a question and they replied right away.
The laundry, kitchen, and elevator were great.
They were very attentive and well stocked with detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper, coffee, etc.
