From check in till check out, everything was smooth. I had a fantastic stay at Bob W. It is a mix of hotel and bnb so laundry, kitchen, staff, etc was more than perfect and easy. 24/7 chat support was available if stucked somewhere. Location wise perfect, breakfast was awesome, staff was too courteous. Couldn't ask for more. In short, a must stay if you are at Copenhagen.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area, clean and cozy. The breakfast was wonderful and varied. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly, I had made a mistake when booking and the staff came to help and offered a solution.

I liked everythink but the bubble pool/hydromassage was always very crowded: I suggest tu improve with 2 hydromassage more! We ate at the italian restaurabt and pizza was good. The waiter was helpful and nice. The barman at the bar made favolous cocktails. The sleeping was very comfortable (but we booked a basic room and it was very small for us- we are in 4)
