This property is top notch. The cleanliness, ambiance and luxurious setting of this property outpaces even a hotel. By far standards it is greater than a hotel. The owner Jonathan and his team are extremely amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable and joyful. Our flight was to leave at 10:55pm and Jonathan graciously allowed us a late checkout without charging us. If I could give 10,000 stars, I would. Thank you Jonathan and your team.

I stayed at Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa to celebrate my birthday and everything was absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding—every staff member was attentive and eager to help, making me feel special from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay.

We found this to be an oasis for our trip. The staff was very personable to us and we would certainly come back again. We spent a week there and it was a totally enjoyable time.
