The friendly staffs, they are very helpful for travelers. special my flight back to Maimi was 6.am. the hostel is about an hour driving from the airport, so I need to leave the hostel around 3.30 am , the night staff he was very professioanl to check my Urber car is the right car that came for me ( I was travel myself alone), I really appreciated what he did to me. It happened on Sept 28th morning in Quito.

Super cheap. Staff were super helpful, showed me where to get the cheapest SIM card, free ATM for cash withdrawal and the best local beers. Family dinner was great food and a cool rooftop to chill and hang.

The view was spectacular from the city side room. Close distance to centro. Breakfast was great. James on the desk was extremely helpful. Tea making facility in the room. Easy to catch ubers so we didn't have to walk up the big hill

This is an interesting, quirky and altogether delightful hotel. The senora and her staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large, quiet and comfortable and they served a delicious breakfast. On our first afternoon we asked for some laundry to be done. It was returned 4 hours later and we were charged a fraction of what we had paid in other hotels. They also arranged for our taxi to the airport (paid).
The hotel is just around the corner from Calle de Ronda, which has interesting shops and some great restaurants at very good prices. NB we visited in June 2024 and had no issues with safety in that area. You just need to take the same precautions as a tourist that you would anywhere, and there are plenty of police on patrol in Quito.
