This is the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. We had an issue when we arrived, the room was double booked. Staff resolved the situation amazingly. There was no stress at all - no one was blamed for the situation, staff was sorting the problem (not fighting it, or each other) in very calm friendly manner.
