Really, everything without a doubt, the service that was offered to me is unforgettable. They offered me and my family to choose any room we liked, from a tiny bungalow next to the beach, aqua park and private garden, or any floor of my choice. The food was fantastic the kids were very pleased, lots and lots of swimming pool clean and the staff at the reception were very friendly, especially Mariam she was really sweet and kind. I usually don't rate a lot, but this one deserves it, I have been to many hotels in Hurghada, and I'm not sure why it's categories as 4 stars, it should be 5 stars without a doubt. I have already recommended it to my friend and will definitely come back. .

As a cabin crew member who has travelled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels across the world — from Australia to Canada and the United States — I can confidently say that the team here stands out for their warmth, professionalism, and hospitality. The food is excellent and available in generous quantities, with 24/7 dining options and an open bar, which is a great plus. Special thanks to Mahmood at the reception for his professionalism and kindness, and to Islam in the main restaurant for his hard work and dedication to ensuring every guest has a pleasant experience. I was the first guest in this accomodation. Mahmoud the host was super nice ans welcoming and made sure I have everything I need during my time there. Everything was clean and I had a very comfortable stay. Right next to the Resort there is a Beach Club and a kitesurf school with a remarkable kite spot which makes this place a paradise for every kitesurfer.

Absolutely great, modern apartment with all the facilities we needed! Location was also spot on, walking distance to the shops, restaurants, cafes and bakery. Apartment was on the first floor with a balcony with great view to the pool and the beach which was within 2min distance and had private restaurant/bar with friendly staff and free sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach was kept very clean and safe, water was very clean and had amazing lazur colour we did not expect! And last but not least - our host was really cool 👌🏼 We have contact through Whatsupp, got any information we asked for regarding recommended places to visit, organised trips, water sports, restaurants. He was keen to help any time and wanted to make sure our stay here is doing well. We had really great time, highly recommended! Ps. You can get easily from here to Orange Bay, Paradise Island, waterparks or try parasailing or quad riding on the desert, these places are really cool!

Super friendly and helpful host! We stayed at Mohamed's apartment and were very satisfied! The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay — everything was new, clean, and modern. I visited this hotel with my son Timo, and we enjoyed our stay very much. At first, there was a small problem with the room we booked, but when we informed the reception, they immediately changed it — special thanks to Mr. Monica for the quick and professional help. The hotel is not very big, which I actually liked, and Timo had a great time in the kids’ area while I was relaxing by the beach. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Hurghada, but this one really stands out for its high standards and great value for money. Highly recommended!
