The hotel is very clean, the staff is super friendly and calm. The wifi is the best I have ever experienced. Even on the beach and at the pool you have 100% internet. The oriental food is the best I ever tasted. The beds are also comfortable. I can’t find any reason not to come back next year and bring friends.

What an incredible experience at Siva Beach Hotel! If you're looking for *exceptional service*, this is the place to be. I arrived with no specific expectations, but the team managed to exceed them all.
The staff is incredibly friendly, highly professional, and always active—working 24/7 with smiles on their faces. Their positivity and dedication truly made me feel cared for every moment of my stay.
What elevated the experience even further was Mr. Mohamed Talal, the hotel manager. He doesn’t just perform his role professionally; he works with passion and a genuine sense of purpose. He was always around, checking in to see if we needed anything or if there was something he could do to enhance our stay.
Another highlight was the food—it was on another level!. The food was always fresh, clean, and absolutely delicious. Also big thank you to MR Moustafa Reda.
I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay!

The check-in was smooth, the food was very good, and the accommodation was excellent. The service was proactive and friendly – the staff regularly checked in with us and were especially kind to our children. The heated pools and the water park were perfect for kids. Overall, a truly great five-star hotel.

Everything was fantastic. This was ours second stay at this hotel and it was even better than the first time. Staff is very friendly and everybody is trying non stop :)
We need to give special thanks to our room cleaner mr. Basem, he cleaned our room every day with precision and allways left us some nice sculptures with towels.
We are coming back next year!
