We stayed at Cook’s Club El Gouna for 4 nights to celebrate a friend’s 30th birthday. The hotel is well-located, close to El Gouna downtown, with nice views. Our room was modern, and comfortable. The food was delicious (loved the breakfast). The pool area is relaxing, with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very helpful, assisting us with booking a hairdresser and reserving a table at a restaurant for the birthday celebration. Their support made the trip smooth and enjoyable.

Location is great. Food is excellent (breakfast buffet is to die for) Service is top notch. Rooms with private pools are amazingly convenient. Special thanks to all Casa Cook’s team for all their help, service and warm welcome (the names I could recall: Randa from reception, Fatma from breakfast, Mustafa from breakfast coffees, Bassem the waiter).

Not one bad thing during my stay in Chedi. The spacious beach front room view and amazing furniture were alone worth it. The hotel provided 2 pools with delicious menu thats not overpriced. The staff throughout the hotel were super friendly and attentive from the reception all the way to roo. Cleaning. At the pool we had exceptional service from our super attentive pool bartendar Mohammad Foad during the whole stay. Room cleaning was top notch! The terrace was an experience on its own with out of this world sea view, tan beds are also accessible as they are 10 meters away from your terrace. The food was great throughout starting from the breakfast, the beach house for lunch and the Japanese Nihon at the facility is worth a try. The downtown is only 5 minutes away via electric carts. I totally recommend Chedi if you are planning a trip to relax and unwind!
