Loved everything about Casa Cook. Stunning hotel, great staff. I loved Fatima, she made us Omellet for breakfast, her attitude and the Omelettes were just FAB!

Excellent excellent hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Mahmoud and his staff were kind and friendly - they checked in on us every couple of minutes during our meals. Thank you for making our stay super relaxing!

Beautiful place and great service

The best for relaxing, most calmest and cleanest resort I have visited in El Gouna. I really enjoyed me staying..I will definitely come again, and I’ll recommend it to everyone I know.. I would like to thank all the employees.. specially Mr. Philipp, Mr. Obaid, Mr. Alaa, Chef Muhawed, Mohamed Fouad, Melania, Maria, Hamada,,, and the Sheesha guy.. They were all friendly and helpful in a way that made me extend my stay for another 4 days. Also Mr. Phillipp gave me a discount for the extra 4 days. The beach could be better! needs a little maintenance and it becomes the No. 1 resort in El Gouna. And all of Hurghada

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The property is new, clean, and well-organized, with excellent service. I would especially like to thank Madam Christina, who is truly the right person in the right place. She is a wonderful and professional person who not only solved a problem we faced but also made our stay extremely comfortable. She consistently cared about us, paid attention to every detail, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her presence, warm smile, and refined manners left a very positive impression and truly elevated our experience at the hotel. She is a truly dedicated person who reflects an honorable image of the hotel through her service, commitment, and professionalism. I sincerely thank her from the bottom of my heart and wish her all the best and continued success. My special thanks also go to Mr. Mohamed Helmy, who is truly an outstanding example of dedication and professionalism. He was always present, attentive to every detail, and constantly making sure that guests were comfortable and satisfied.
