This property was everything. I loved every single thing. We had a butler, it was an all inclusive package. The resort is huge, Iv never seen anything like it before. Really loved and enjoyed my stay here. Hany made sure we were taken cared of.

Everything ! It was clean, animation is good, the food is great, the staff is nice, so many equipments to enjoy. The kids enjoyed the pools, the beach, the kids club, the mini-disco, the shows, the afternoon animation, the buffet. And us, as parents, if the kids had fun, it was a good vacation for us.

We stayed in this international hotel at the end of September. The place is enchanting: everything is meticulously designed, and the staff is very kind and helpful. It was our first vacation abroad with our children, and we have to say it was unforgettable. In addition to several pools, there's a fantastic water park, and in the evenings there are various entertainment options. A truly top holiday!.

This is a premium holiday resort. All services are premium. No open buffet. There are 3 fine dining restaurants, all are extremely good. Food is delicious. You can also reserve from 7 restaurants of the sister hotel (sunrise royal) which is next to it, these restaurants are also good but not premium or fine dining. Workers are nice and helpful. The pools are heated. You need this if you go in November. The hotel fulfilled all my expectations from all inclusive. The beach is sandy, no rocks at all. Suitable for small children. You can see the corals just by swimming, this was best balance for our family. The best hotel in the Makadi bay. Nearby hotels are older, their pools are not heated and beaches are mixed coral and sand.
