This property was everything. I loved every single thing. We had a butler, it was an all inclusive package. The resort is huge, Iv never seen anything like it before. Really loved and enjoyed my stay here. Hany made sure we were taken cared of.

Very nice coral reef in front of the hotel The rooms were very clean as well! The staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially Ereen is the cornerstone of the hotel and we had an amazing time becauss of her. She is really really good at her job!

The hotel was everything we wanted for our stay. What surprised us the most was the cleanlines of everything, not just the rooms. It shows age of the structure but everyrhing is well taken care of and not at all in bad shape. We stayed in the swim up suite and I can't recommend it highly enough. The adult only areas of the hotel are a godsend, we stuck to those as they were less crowded and less noisy. The teppanyaki and the egyptian restaurants were really good to eat at. The staff was also very nice to everyone When we requested a late check-out they gave it to us free of charge. The service in the a-la-carte and the pool restaurant was exceptional I have to say. All in all a great stay and we would visit again sometime.
