This was the best vacation we have had in years. First, the staff, everybody was very professional and friendly. From the lobby personnel to the housekeeping passing by the restaurant, the kids' zone, the sports zone, and of course the beach personnel. All staff members were very helpful and keen on making our stay very comfortable and hassle-free. Special mention to Omneya and Marina from the Kids zone who took good care of our daughter, Hamdi Abou Ahmed and Mohamed Diab for housekeeping, Sohaila and Michael at the restaurant to name a few. Really everybody was really nice and professional. The hotel facilities were first and foremost great and also very clean and well-maintained. We found everything we needed and more. The RESTAURANT was just perfect, with the right mix between local specialties and international cuisine, having an excellent offer to all tastes. Being foody (we are French so food is important :-)), we enjoyed every meal we had at the restaurant, that have shown the mastery of the chefs, in addition to the great service of the restaurant service team.

Stylish, new property, everything is so much comfortable and pleasant. Nice food, warm pool, friendly helpful staff. We came just for weekend, but this resort recharged us like it was a proper vacation. Already miss it!!!

Oh my goodness - what an amazing place! We were surprised by an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was fabulous and had an excellent view!! Lots of swimming pools, beach access easy, lots of loungers (although some hogging was observed). Food wonderful, service excellent. Beds massive and comfy. Awesome blackout curtains and quiet air conditioning. Lunchbox when we left was a pleasant surprise. We had such a fantastic time, and wished we could have stayed longer than we did! Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back at the Red Sea.
