recently had the pleasure of staying beach albatross and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional,Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the receptionist Haidy. Excellent Service at restaurants and bars , Mr Aboubakr helpful and fantastic attentive and any requests or concerns that I had They were , responsive, and always willing to assist It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend beach albatross based on the outstanding service provided by all team and the overall quality of my stay. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made a difference. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again for future visits

This was our second visit. The place is very clean, the slides are many and fun. Lots of food and snacks available, many restaurant options. Snacks and desert through the day. There is a lot of extra entertainment other than water slides. Lots of night entertainment, you can leave without going through it all. Mr Ismael at reception and colonies restaurants went over and above to make our stay special and memorable. We thank him.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at your hotel. Special thanks go to Butler Mina — his professionalism and love for his work made our stay truly comfortable. He is always ready to assist and resolve any issue, which is greatly appreciated. I would also like to highlight the bartenders at Posh Lounge, Mohamed and Jamal — these guys truly put in the effort, and their attention and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Additionally, the young lady at Posh Lounge with her incredibly beautiful eyes and genuine smile creates an atmosphere of warmth and joy. One small suggestion: it would be great to have piles of blankets near the restaurants — in windy weather, they would be much appreciated. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true getaway. Thank you for everything!
