The staff were really helpful. Mustafa at the front desk helped us a lot. We had an early morning flight, they moved a few things around and gave us an early check in. The location is extremely convenient, and the whole team was helpful, including a room upgrade to a Nile view. Thanks Mustafa and team Steigenberger for a lovely stay

The decoration is very nice. Amenities are good. Location is great too but it is not exactly at the address indicated when you look it up on Google Maps (it is a little more to the side). And since it is inside a residential building, you don't really know where to go and the receptionist has to come out to pick you up. There is no breakfast included but that's fine because there is a cafe at the end of the street.

Abdul-Awwal was extremely helpful and accommodating for our overnight stay. He gave us an early check in and a late check out as we had a night train to catch. The suites are an amazing converted apartment and is in a prime location near the museum. It was fun to stay in such a historical building with a rich Egyptian past. We felt privileged to stay in such a beautiful hotel. Thank you from our family!!
