The hotel is on one level of a building. It was a little daunting when we first pulled up to the building but as soon as we got inside the hotel itself was lovely.
It is a new establishment, comfortable beds and the best part was the view from our bedroom and restaurant upstairs.
I highly recommend the Moroccan Lamb! Delicious 😊
Youssef was a great help finding us a taxi into Cairo after a long day of touring.

I absolutely loved my stay at Merak Pyramids Hotel:
Walking distance to the Pyramids and Sphinx — the view alone is worth it.
Rooms are comfortable with modern amenities, plus free WiFi, air‑conditioning, and helpful touches like a minibar.
Staff are so friendly and attentive; they really made us feel welcome.
Breakfast offers a good variety (continental, vegetarian, etc.), which is a great way to start your day.
Overall: Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, great service, and proximity to the iconic sights.

I stayed for one night with my partner and neom exceeded expectations, they upgraded us to pyramid view and late check out for no extra charge, plus all the staff was so polite and helpful. They also arranged a great pyramid tour guide for a lot cheaper than what we found online, so all in all I give my stay at neom a 10/10 would definitely use again

10 star experience all around. The service from the staff was top notch - they were so welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond with the little things to really create an all around beautiful experience. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The rooms are very cozy and very clean. And the views were incredible.
