Their service was extraordinary Islam ... Yousef ... Hosam ... Salah ... Ali... they made me feel like part of the family and supported me with anything I needed. It's very safe, and they’re always attentive to you. My wife felt very comfortable and secure. Ubers could easily reach the location, which made transportation easy.
They even let me wait in a separate room after check-out while I waited for my flight — at no extra cost — since there were still many hours until departure. The view of the pyramids is stunning; even from the bathroom window, I could see the Great Pyramid of Khufu in the background. Everything was clean and well-organized, and if you need anything, they’ll get it for you. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.
Without a doubt, I would stay with them again. Thank you for making us feel so warmly welcomed in Egypt — you’ll always have a place in my heart.

The hotel is very clean and comfy although it might not seem that way from the outside.
This was our oasis in the busy Cairo, the staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and quite modern, and if you lack something, you can always turn to the hotel staff that is always ready to help.
A room view of the pyramids is absolutely perfect and the same goes for the rooftop restaurant, that offers delicious food (although some traditional Egyptian food would be great) & drinks, we recomend the fresh juices!
If staying for more nights, the free pick up from the airport is really nice. The location is great with pyramids & GEM nearby and small store to by water or other basics.

we stayed here two weeks ago and our stay was beautiful ; the staff is reliable and welcoming, the breakefast is very good and it has different choices, chief are very kind and the viw in front of pyramids is amazing, we chose to do all experiences with tour guide of the hotel and it is raccomanded !!!!! this hotel has perfect position and here you will feel part of egyptian culture !!!
