Sparkling New Gem with a Warm Welcome: A Review of Joel Plaza Aqua Park From the moment I stepped through the doors of the brand new Joel Plaza Aqua Park, I knew I was in for a treat. The air buzzed with that fresh, untouched feeling that only a truly new establishment can offer. Everything gleamed, from the polished floors to the stylish, modern décor. My experience was made even smoother by the incredibly accommodating staff. Arriving a bit earlier than the standard check-in time, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. To my delight, they were able to grant me an early check-in without any fuss, allowing me to settle in and unwind after my journey. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for a relaxing stay. Beyond the impressive facilities, the employees were genuinely very nice people. Every interaction, from the front desk to other hotel staff, was met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to ensure my comfort. They were attentive without being intrusive and always ready with a helpful suggestion or a friendly smile. This level of genuine hospitality truly elevates the entire guest experience. While the hotel is brand new and still likely finding its feet in some minor aspects, the overall impression was overwhelmingly positive. The combination of pristine facilities and the exceptionally kind and helpful staff makes Joel Plaza Aqua Park a standout choice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and thoroughly enjoyable stay. We had a great stay at Lacasa Residence from 23 Oct – 1 Nov 2025 across three separate bookings. The cleanliness, upkeep of the entire place and their service level are exceptionally high, comparable to the international standards. (It’s even better than some 5-star hotels…) We are more than pleasantly surprised with the show of warmth by the friendly staff. They were quick to respond to our needs. The rooms are equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave oven, kitchen sink and washing machine. Depending on the room size, some are equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking over the stove. The placement of the lights was well thought off – a good combination of higher intensity and dimmer lights were installed in the rooms. As the accommodation is located slightly away from the main road, this ensures guests’ peaceful sleep. Lacasa Residence has truly surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend this place for both business and leisure. To Mostapa, Yusof and the rest of the team, a shout-out to all of you! Thank you for the memorable stay! (To the boss/owner of Lacasa Residence, they deserve a bonus/raise for their excellent service … hehehe)

My family and I stayed in the apartment, and honestly, I found it to offer great peace of mind. It’s a beautiful and comfortable apartment, and its location is very special — very close to the Fifth Settlement. The apartment is exactly as shown in the attached pictures. Dealing with Dr. Mahmoud, the owner of the apartment, was extremely classy and elegant. God willing, it would be my pleasure to visit again.
