The hotel is very well maintained with beautiful gardens, despite the hotel being huge everywhere we could found attendants taking care or supporting in any case. The beach is wonderful, where we could dive easily. Besides the beach, there are places such as aquapark, soccer field, pools where the kids can play.

Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked for a late check out. They not only allowed us to check out late. But also we were allowed to use the facilities free of charge for the rest of the day! Resort is very clean. Staff are very proactive. Always willing to serve with a smile! Food is both plenty and excellent. Will definitely come back again if not for a longer stay.

We had a fantastic stay with a lovely room, offering beautiful pool and sea views. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, from the reception to the pool area. Mr. Jordian Joseph was a true godsend, making everything so much easier for us. Special thanks to Mr. Khalil Islam at reception for his warm welcome and attentive support throughout our stay. Our room was always well-maintained thanks to Emad. The restaurants were clean, the food was delicious, and the buffet had a great variety. The restaurant staff were proactive and eager to assist, especially Ramy in the main and the Italian restaurants, and Latefa in the Paradise restaurant. I highly recommend trying all the dining options. It was a great discovery, and I’ll definitely come back!

A breathtaking property with access to the beach to see those beautiful sunrises. The rooms are clean and well maintained.The staff were extremely kind and helpful, we always returned to a clean room with fruit baskets and special decorations. You can go snorkelling on the beach, overall it was a perfect stay.
