Stuff is so friendly and helpful. Food is amazing (I'm a vegetarian, and I always had a huge selection of dishes to suit my taste. Beach is huge and clean. And even if it's storm in sea, I had the opportunity to swim in shallow water. Animators team is always suggest you a good clubs to spend a night of fun. I highly recommend this hotel!

We recently had a perfect 7-day holiday at Steigenberger Alcazar, Sharm El Sheikh. This resort is bliss for adults and kids with loads of fun activities, relaxation and natural beauty. It's wonderful to return to this hotel, a place where children can experience total happiness. The facility boasts plenty of pools and a water park suitable for all ages. The dining options are good, offering a wide selection of tasty and varied dishes. The staff by the pools and at the pier are very attentive, assisting with the selection of life vests and providing masks and fins if you didn't bring your own. In the evening, entertainment is available for both adults and children, including various dances, foam parties, and discos. The room is modern, clean, and bright, equipped with a bathroom stocked with all the necessary cosmetics. The hotel didn't request any additional payment for a late checkout, even generously allowing us to visit the water park for free any other day we want. A significant advantage is definitely the individualized approach to guests. Despite the high number of vacationers, the priority remains the quality of services provided. Therefore, I would like to extend sincere thanks to the hotel's management and, in particular, to Mr. Luca. Would I recommend this hotel? Certainly. Would I return? Without a doubt.

Great price/quality ratio, clearly exceeded my expectations. We've been to Rixos Premium Belek before and I can say that Sharm was in many ways better! Very nice location, extensive and well-groomed grounds, spacious room, delicious food, big variety of drinks. The best part was of course that it was adults only! So peaceful) I particularly loved the playlist during breakfast and the sitting area outside. Check-in was excellent, super welcoming and smooth, we were given exactly the room we wanted. Room make up service was very thorough and quick as well, thank you!

Staff are very helpful, welcoming and cheerful. They go extra mile to make you satisfied, from checking in staff, reception, cleaners and room service and management. They do above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable. It's hard to mention people's by names so not to forget for example, Ahmed, Shenouda, Mina, Ahmed, Ibrahim,Mina and Abanoub, and last not least Mr George.

It's a nice hotel, we liked it. A huge area, lots of flowers and greenery. We walked more than 10 thousand steps every day without effort. It is also nice that you can use the territory of all three Charmillion hotels. To enter the water park, you had to take a ticket at the reception. We were given it for free. All the staff are very friendly. Andrew, the receptionist, was always interested in how we were doing and took care of our lunchboxes when we left early. Room service is okay, we always left a tip because we appreciate the work of others. The food is a good choice, always plenty of meat and desserts. We were also lucky enough to get to the Christmas dinner, it was incredibly good. Live music, lots of appetizers, cocktails and fruit. The beach is rocky, but there is a small section of sandy beach close to the sea where you can play with your child. The reef is beautiful, lots of fish. We were lucky with the weather, we were able to swim every day. We also had the opportunity to visit the a la cart restaurants for free 2 times. I recommend the French restaurant! Very tasty! And there is a Ukrainian-speaking waiter who used to live and work in Lviv. In general, many employees welcome Ukrainians and understand the difference between us and russians, and this is important to me! I wish this hotel and every employee prosperity, nice and polite guests, more Ukrainians, Italians, British and other Europeans!
