Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring a stunning balcony view of the pool. The all-inclusive package was truly exceptional. Every meal felt like dining at a gourmet restaurant—an incredible variety of cuisines, fresh ingredients, and impeccable service. Whether we chose the elegant buffet or the à la carte options, every bite was a delight. The resort itself was a paradise. Private beach with crystal-clear water perfect for snorkeling, and several luxurious pools made it easy to relax and unwind. The animation team kept the atmosphere lively with engaging entertainment and activities for all ages, while the spa offered serene moments of pure bliss.

A special thanks to the reception team, especially Mr. Bassem, whose welcoming attitude and helpful assistance made everything smooth and enjoyable. I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Mohamed (Abu Habiba) from housekeeping service for his outstanding attention to detail and friendly service throughout our stay. The animation team was fantastic as well—energetic, engaging, and always creating a fun atmosphere for both adults and children. Overall, the resort offers excellent value for money, combining great service, comfortable facilities, and a truly relaxing environment. Highly recommended, and we look forward to staying again!

Amazing staff, everyone was super helpful and extremely friendly. Especially Ali in the dining hall, and the bald guy (I don't know his name) in the bar outside. The food is amazing and there's a lot of variety. The swimming pools are good. The resort is on the sea shore so you walk 2min to get to the sea. There's people selling tours to visit things outside the resort, the one to visit Ras Mohamed is definitely a must.
