Hi from Ukraine! We had the great vacation in hotel Charmillion Club Resort ❤️ I would like to say too much thank you for everyone who is working there! The first “shukran” to Mr Abdu,receptionist,who met us in the evening and was too much polite and respectful with us! We spend 2 weeks there and didn’t want to leave hotel,everyone was for us like family. Another thank you for restaurant,bar,specially Mr. Amr,who is working in bar near sea,who made my mood more better and was like my brother! Too much thanks to manager MR AMR,who was issue all problems and still be polite and great also, Wanna say thank you for Sara,animators,all stuff,SPA girls, thank you so much ,Anna who is working in Spa,thanks all hotel,you deserve 5*,food,too much tasty,thanks for all stuff who is working at the kitchen,everyone deserve the best. You are great,thank you too much, Housekeeper also made good atmosphere in room,too much clean,and good atmosphere, Thanks to Karlo who is working in shop with pictures,was like my father,who made the best coffe,you are wonderful ❤️ Thanks a lot, 10/10 I can recommend you for everyone ❤️ See you soon! Had an amazing family vacation at Charmillion Aquapark! Everything was beautiful and fun. The hotel staff, rooms everything was more than expected. Highly recommended for families! Good catering buffet with plenty of choice and variety excellent desserts.I can say, they are professional and top hospitality, and a big thanks to Mr. Andrew Magdi he take care of us during our stay, he is the right person in the right place, keep up the goid work Andrew.

I stayed with my wife and two kids (6 & 9 years old) for 11 nights at the end of March, and we really enjoyed our stay; for this price, it is superb. The hotel is located in a group of two sister hotels, and you can use all of their services. Each hotel has a pool, main restaurant, a few thematic dinner restaurants, a playground, animators, day/night programs, bars, shops, and there is also one spa/fitness/hair-salon area. The main restaurant was good enough. The kids especially enjoyed strawberries, pancakes, and desserts. Many guests are from Italy, so they try to serve some Italian food (pizza, pasta), but it's challenging without olive oil and parmesan. Anyway, the food was a good mix of traditional, European, and Italian cuisine, and we really enjoyed it. The thematic dinner restaurants can be used twice for free if you stay more than 5 nights. In the restaurants, they serve red and white wine for free, but I definitely recommend buying a bottle if you are a wine lover. The beer is not too bad. In the bars, you can drink for free: non-alcoholic drinks like Fanta, Coca-Cola, soda, tea, coffee, ice sweet drinks, and local alcohols like rum, vodka, ouzo, gin, and they have beer on tap. For a fee, there is ice cream, strawberries, drinks in bottles, and billiards. In "Charmillion Gardens Aquapark," you have access to the aquapark with toboggans, which is super fun, and 80% of them were open at the end of March. The kids' pool in the Aquapark area was heated, but the main pool wasn't. Anyway, we used the other two pools in sister hotels, which were heated. The sister hotel has a pier with a lifeguard, so you can safely snorkel at the beautiful coral reef when the weather isn't too windy. My daughter also enjoyed kanekalon pigtails from the hair salon. The staff was also really kind and helpful; tips were optional. Internet was reachable throughout the resort.

A spotless and wonderfully quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The food was excellent, prepared by a highly professional chef who truly knows how to please every taste. The staff is always attentive, very friendly, and impressively quick to respond to guests’ needs. The bar is great with fast and efficient service. The sea is simply stunning — the best place for snorkeling with extraordinary marine life. A true haven of peace that I highly recommend

Amazing resort with all the facilities you would expect from a European 5 star hotel. Amazingly clean rooms and facilities. Outstanding location!
