The staff are exceptional. They are all so pleasant, and kind, especially Kareem on front desk, and Nada in guest services. We spent 2 weeks at the resort, and really didn’t want to leave.

We escaped a very wet Sicily for Sharm el Sheik , Charmillion Club Resort for 3 nights. Wow, what a lovely hotel. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, with a special thank you to Adly at reception for making sure we had a great time. We enjoyed a lot of delicious food and had a close look at the fresh swordfishes being cut up and bbq ed. Our room was spacious and clean ,looking out over the sea. The bed was big and comfy. Oh and the pool is enormous! We felt welcome and relaxed. Why did we leave for stinking Cairo...those piramides better be good.

The facility was really nice, we liked that we could use the Laguna vista also, they had a really fun aqua park. When we first arrived at the hotel, and ate the food we had a bit problem with the spices, as we are used to other tastes, we told the staff and they called the manager of the restaurant, Samir Mostafa. He was so helpful, and such a nice gentleman, he made special dinners for us and really made the stay so pleasent for us. If anything goes wrong ask for this man, he will do anything he can to help. We also came too early to the hotel, but the receptionist, ziad, made an early check for us, we were first due to 14:00 o clock, but we already got the bungalow 08:00 o clock. The last day as we checked out, the manager told us we could still use the facilities and the eat at the restaurant until our fly were due. They were so nice and the room were cleaned daily. It was our honeymoon so they tried to make the stay more special by sending invitation to a romantic and making the room more romantic for us by using rose petals. We really recommend this place as u get good valuta for the money.

The culinary delights I experienced during my stay were simply outstanding. The delectable dishes and impeccable service truly exceeded my expectations. However, I must mention that I was disappointed to find that there was no WiFi available in the rooms. In today's digital age, reliable internet access is essential for both work and leisure purposes. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider improving this aspect in the future. Additionally, I noticed that the pools were quite cold for children. While I understand that maintaining the perfect temperature can be challenging, it would be wonderful if there could be a warmer option for the younger guests to enjoy. Once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and memorable stay at your hotel. I will definitely recommend your establishment to friends and family, and I look forward to the opportunity to visit again in the future.

We spent a few amazing days here and were absolutely delighted! 🌊 The sea – simply incredible! Crystal-clear water, a stunning coral reef, and a rich underwater world. Swimming and snorkeling were an absolute pleasure! 🍽 The food – simply fantastic! A huge variety of dishes at the main restaurant, always fresh fruits, and delicious desserts. Everything was diverse, and we could try something new every day. 🏨 The service – top-notch! The staff is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Andrew at the reception for his professionalism and kindness, as well as Maha from Guest Relations for her care and attention to guests. A huge appreciation to hotel manager Emil for the excellent organization of our stay – everything was perfectly planned down to the smallest details! 🏝 The resort – large, well-maintained, with beautiful gardens and comfortable relaxation areas. The pool bar, cozy corners – everything is designed for the guests’ comfort. 🎭 Entertainment – something interesting every day: a mini-disco for kids, evening shows, and animation. No one gets bored! 💙 This hotel is a perfect place for those who want to enjoy the sea, delicious food, and excellent service. We are leaving with a smile and a strong desire to come back!
