The facilities were clean and comfortable. The room was serviced daily and the breakfast was amazing. There are complimentary snacks, drinks, and activities throughout the day. The staff are very responsive and kind.

Amazing huge place,, facilities are great, service is top quality with special thanks to Wael who helped us beyond our expectation in a matter was not his job while our luggages delayed and he recovered them all. I loved everything about it! It was my first trip to Egypt where I met my parents whom I had not seen for a long time! We had a great time together! Really liked the staff, they helped with everything! Delicious food, very beautiful hotel itself! It was 10-15 minutes by taxi to the city centre. FANTASTIC STAFF. Lovely people everywhere, especially food and bar staff. Great location, 2 steps away from the beach. Pool is nice! Did brow threading and massage at the salon, both really good. Can’t recommend this place more.

We stayed at Kirosiz Parkland in September 2025 — it was our seventh time here. As part of the loyalty program, we were upgraded to a family two-room suite instead of the standard one, which was a lovely gesture for our family of two adults and a 7-year-old child. At the reception, I met the same staff members I remembered from my first visit back in 2019 — it felt so nice to see familiar faces again. Over the years, the hotel’s water park has grown a lot, but everything else has remained just as cozy and welcoming. The hotel isn’t luxurious or newly renovated, but it’s comfortable, with tasty food and kind, attentive staff. Coming back here always feels like visiting a grandmother — warm, relaxed, and full of pleasant memories.
