I went on a 9-day personal retreat solo and really enjoyed the resort. The staff were genuinely caring and really took amazing care of me. They have a guest support service on WhatsApp, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was okay and was enjoying myself. I asked to move rooms during my stay, and this was arranged without hesitation. One of the staff members, Farida, was especially helpful and kind during my stay. I can thoroughly recommend the resort. As a note, I stayed on the 'adult' side of the resort, and this was really peaceful and perfect for my requirements.

The apartment was very large, comfortable and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen and exceeded my expectations. The host was really friendly and helpful with lots of advice for eating, shopping, things to do, etc. The host left water and a chocolate bar which was a nice touch.

I was particularly impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the reception staff. They were always approachable and eager to help, making the check-in process smooth and the overall experience enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The pools were a highlight of the hotel – beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The food at both lunch and dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Although the dining area was a bit crowded at times, the quality and flavour of the meals made it worth it. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Sharm El Sheikh!

The stay at this hotel was one of the most beautiful places I have visited around the world. The service was great, the staff was organized and everyone was willing to help and meet the needs. The reception team especially Ahmed and Mohamed. The staff working in the restaurant especially Mr. Reda was very polite. The entire pool and bar team. Even the shisha waiter Mr. Eid was very wonderful. Thank you all for this effort. We thank Mr. Alaa Aqel for it.

Lovely rooms, very nice food and pool. If the hotel had all their staff like barsoum, in the reception there would be no complaints. They offered an upgrade to meet our expectations and made sure we had a lovely stay.
