The location is perfect. Short walks to all the main sights. Friendly staff and a very comfortable, clean room. An added bonus was the rooftop terrace! Just step out the door and a ride to the top in the elevator gives you an oasis amid plants and views of the city. Lots of chairs and lounges. We would rest up there for a couple hours at the end of the day before heading out for dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at Praktik Èssens. Can't beat the location and whilst very modern the hotel had a cozy feel. The room was a great size, well put together and I particularly liked the fact that the room had floor to ceiling windows which gave the place a very spacious feel.

Truly an amazing hotel! It’s located on a wide street near the Gothic Quarter — a very pleasant and charming area. The hotel itself looks stunning, with a stylish and modern interior that really stands out. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side, but still very comfortable. We appreciated the little touches like a choice of three pillows for maximum comfort, cozy bathrobes and slippers — everything you’d expect from a high-quality hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. The bathroom amenities were also top-notch — great quality cosmetics. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again!

This hotel was one of the highlights of my European adventure! It is beautifully designed with a fresh, modern aesthetic. My room was large and spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom featured great products and a flat iron (the ladies will understand!). It’s walking distance from attractions as well luxury shopping and great restaurants. For €20+ the hotel offered a lovely breakfast spread each morning that fueled my days exploring the beautiful city of Barcelona!
