Hotels in El Poblenou, Barcelona

The apartment was fantastic, it had everything we needed and more, including a washing machine and dishwasher. All appliances were top quality too. It was very close to the bakeries and restaurants in Poblenou, so we had some great food, but also close enough to walk to the beach and the centre. We will definitely come back again.

Great location, helpfull staff, perfect breakfast!

Very good breakfast, variaty, very very helpful stuff, very proffessional. Location just one block from Red line hop on hop off buss. Underground parking: quite small parking spots, if you travel by SUV... but at the end you can park. Close to stores restaurants groceries. We really liked the place. We travelled with a dog and all was good. Especially many thanks to Esther from the reception desk!

Everything was well organized, perfect timely communication with the host. The only problem was with the sofa-bed, the host replaced it ASAP. The apartment is at the best place in Barcelona, 5 minutes to the metro, everything in walking distance, coffee shops, restaurants, market, etc. The beach is also very close. Definitely can recommend it :)

Best 4 turned out to be the perfect hidden gem for our stay in the quiet neighborhood of Poblenou, and we couldn’t have chosen a better location. The hotel is just 300 meters from the beach and only 200 meters from the lively "Rambla del Poblenou", a pedestrian area similar with the famous "La Rambla", full of terraces, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks here and found it the ideal spot for a glass of wine or a meal at any time of day. The cleanliness was impeccable. Our room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day. The breakfast was excellent and offered great value for money, and we appreciated the secure parking for our car. We also found that getting around the city was incredibly easy from the hotel. With bus and metro stations nearby, all the major attractions in Barcelona were within easy reach. However, we often opted to walk, enjoying the chance to explore the city’s boulevards, parks, and stunning architecture at our own pace. The staff at Best 4 Barcelona truly made our stay memorable. We encountered an issue with our car battery during our stay, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. One gentleman, in particular, went out of his way to assist us — first trying to help us in the parking lot and then arranging for a mechanic to come out on a Saturday. We went for a walk and by the time we returned the car was fixed with a new battery, all thanks to the hotel’s amazing service. It’s the kind of hospitality that really makes you feel at home.👍 One unique aspect of the location is that it’s right across from the Poblenou Cemetery. While some might find this noteworthy, we actually found it interesting — especially the famous “Kiss of Death” statue within the cemetery. Best 4 Hotel was the perfect base for our Barcelona adventure.

This was a fantastic hostel! Great location close to the beach and restaurants, yet in a quiet street, friendly staff, plenty of bathrooms and showers and everything was nice and clean. Also loved the curtains for the beds to give you a little privacy and the spacious lockers. To explore Barcelona on a budget, this is definitely the place to stay (breakfast is great too!)
