A great hotel where everything went perfectly right from the start. From the friendly check in to the check out. I would like to mention the design of the hotel and its location - this is something for people who appreciate chic and comfort. The breakfasts and service at it were also very impressive and that too with the combination of the beautiful view from the terrace. In my opinion this is definitely the best hotel in the beautiful city of Bilbao

Staff were great - able to facilitate a last minute upgrade for the room which was very kind as I'm pregnant, and my other half asked the restaurant staff to help him with a proposal....which they did an amazing job of. This hotel is now very special to us.
Fantastic location with views of the museum and river. Modern and clean rooms with everything you need.

Old town Bilbao was on our doorstep and yet the apartment was quiet and very comfortable. Accessing the apartment was so easy. The host had thought of so many things, even an umbrella for the wet morning, which was so handy. The wifi was great too. The host was very attentive and followed up promptly.
