A great hotel where everything went perfectly right from the start. From the friendly check in to the check out. I would like to mention the design of the hotel and its location - this is something for people who appreciate chic and comfort. The breakfasts and service at it were also very impressive and that too with the combination of the beautiful view from the terrace. In my opinion this is definitely the best hotel in the beautiful city of Bilbao

Our stay in the apartment was just perfect, there was nothing more that we could wish for. I was surprised that the apartment looks better than on the photos. The owner is very helpful and gave all the necessary information and also was 24h available for whichever question we had. One of my best stays in Spain. The location is super convenient, with tram and metro within few minutes walk, there are shops and restaurants around too.

It was an absolute outstanding experience. The attention to detail was not only present in every single corner of the room (decorated with exquisite taste) but how helpful and kind the landlord of the property was. Incredibly understanding and very helpful: the day of departure she provided us with very detailed instructions on how to reach to the appartment. She also provided us with weather information and made sure that everything was to our taste. Just incredible in every possible way.

Very nice apartment with good facilities, good location and contact was very easy. We were able to do everything by foot in Bilbao which was very doable with the location of the apartment. Would book it again when im back in Bilbao.
