It was an amazing experience. The hotel’s location, right next to the Guggenheim Museum, is perfect. The ambiance is delightful, with beautiful decor and a lot of Mariscal’s works - I especially loved all the art. The breakfast overlooking the Guggenheim is truly unforgettable. The reception staff was fantastic, offering great tips for exploring Bilbao and San Sebastián. When I asked for help reserving tickets for the museum the next day, they went above and beyond by simply providing me with one. I absolutely loved my stay!

The location is great.
Once you go outside the building, you will face a magnificent park with blossoming flowers and an old church in the background.
The metro is right around the corner.
There are a lot of different restaurants and pintxo bars around.
Guggenheim museum is like 15 mins away, and while you walk there, you will be enjoying the astonishing modern architecture of the Abando neighbourhood.
