The place is new, recently renovated with multiple apartments. Our room was great: new, clean, looked like a real apartment: functional kitchen with utensils, table, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There's a city underground parking nearby (paid: 17,60€ per day), so if you come by car it works very well. Really nice place! The mandatory deposit was returned within 2 days.

Lovely modern very clean apartment centrally located, close to bus and train stations, and close to all the barios and major sites in a safe area and quiet road, perfect to visit Cadiz in all directions! Very good communication before and during our stay. Easy check in! The upstair's terrasse connecting to the bedroom was very much appreciated! Kitchen has the basic equipment if you plan on eating in. We very much enjoyed our stay and will come back if we are again in town!

Very nice and modern apartment. It was very chic and with a great design, but also comfortable. There is also a nice terace on the rooftop where you can bring drink and enjoy nice view. Historic center is not far away from the hotel.
