Was very shocked by how beautiful this hotel was. Pictures don’t even do it justice. The staff were super friendly with my dogs and the check in process was super quick. Came in with a camper van and yet the parking they had was very spacious and just so convenient. Located in the best neighbourhood in San Sebastián restaurants near by and just great for a couple of days and even more. Will be returning for sure !

The staff at the hotel is excellent, very friendly. You feel very welcome there. They help to organize such things as transport to the airport, some sea cruises, recommend the restaurants. All was really at high standard.
