Modern, clean and comfortable accommodation. As well the staff where universally friendly and welcoming. Particular mention to Lorna, who was on reception on the evenings; she was really great and helpful. I would happily recommend this hotel to others using Booking.com.

We were surprised that the premise is furnished with marble from the stairs and floors to the toilets. The room is very clean. Our room was tidied up the next day (we stayed for 2 nights)! We did not expect it and hence were grateful for it. The underground is about 50 meters away and many small restaurants around the area that serve very good breakfast and lunch.

This conveniently located hotel is set near Madrid’s transport hubs of Álvaro Mendez and Atocha – terminal for the AVE high-speed lines.

I like the site of this hotel... accessible to everything .. the room is big and clean .. the staff are nice and accommodating.The breakfast is perfect to us the saltiness of the bacon and egg compensate the aubergine and courgette...

The flat has almost everything you need for a home-like stay, quite complete kitchen utensiles (nonetheless I didn't cook as it was a business stay). Be careful it is italian coffee maker. I didn't know how to use it so I didn't use it.A lots confort, huge space - enough for a big familly (double bed and sofabed, office tabel and kitchen table, grand frig with freezer, hot spots for cooking, dish washer and washing machine), easy to get around, facile to take major public transports, and close to various convenient stores, bars and restaurants.

Located next to the historic centre on Puerta de Toledo, this smart hotel has a great breakfast buffet and a lounge bar perfect for relaxing in after visiting the sights.
