Everything is new and very clean. The staff were welcoming. Room has high-quality fittings and furniturea great ensuite. Imanol and Patricia at reception were very helpful for my first time stay in Madrid. Easy access to metro. There is a good breakfast with a wide range of options. Mario and Jorge kept everything perfect in the dining area.

The room was very clean, the smell was nice everywhere. Hosts are always here to help and clean all of the time. They also let us leave the luggage for the whole next day due to the night flight. Close to the metro station and buses

Excellent location, close to the centre and well connected by public transport, but calmer than the super touristic central area. Bus stations and a metro line are about 2 mins away. Taxi station in front of the hotel. A number of restos, neighborhood supermarkets and pharmacies are within walking distance. Room was decent size and very clean, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok.
