We selected this hotel mainly because of the kitchenette in the room, as our son is very picky on food so it was easier to just cook for him. Grocery shopping was pretty easy with a shop just 2mins walk away. The hotel is situated in a very central area, just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Espana and Gran Via. The staff was very polite and super helpful and was easy to communicate in english with them. Room was spacious with all the specified amenities, it was very clean and the housekeeping stuff was very polite too.

I loved this hotel. It began with the friendly receptionist. Lovely big room and bathroom. Very quiet. We had a room at the back. Comfortable beds and good wifi. Location near to restaurants and shops. Center just a few stops from the nearby metro. Sad to check out. A big thanks to the receptionists
