Entrance to the apartment happened with a code and swiping a button at a link provided in an email. It could have been more user-friendly inside the Booking app, but managed to make it work.
The flat was well equipped for possible longer rental with washing machine and oven as well.

The area is good in a newly developing neighbourhood. It's a newly constructed building and the apartments are well maintained. Lot of amenities (Gym, Pool etc) with rooftop lawn & swimmingpool. The staff are friendly. The neighbourhood is calm peaceful & safe with supermarket & small convenience stores and restaurants as well as pharmacies.

The apartment was clean and nice. Location is good - near to metro line 1 you can reach all the main attractions in less than 20 minutes. The host is veeery nice 1 extra point just to appreciate her.

The room is not so spacious but it is not uncomfortable, the bed is very comfortable and pleasant. I have no complaints, everything was great. I stayed 2 nights.
Location.
It is quite far from the center of Madrid, but nearby is the bus station that takes you to the metro. Therefore it is easy to get to the center.
Meal.
There are restaurants nearby. But at the hotel they offer a buffet at a cost of €7.5. They serve cereals, bread, ham, cheese, coffee, chocolate, oranges, fruits.
