The team of Hostal Bianco was very helpful and communicative. They do their best for our comfort stay and store our luggage the last day. The location is perfect in the Barrio de las Letras (el antiguo bar La Venencia ☺) but also short distance on foot to Puerta del Sol, Gran Via and Prado Museum. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

it’s around restaurants bars and grand via is close by . everything is within walking distance . we were coming from a 15 day tour and really needed to do laundry and they even gave us the laundry detergent

Location perfect. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The area is full of character and there are plenty great places to eat within a couple of blocks. The breakfast was very good. We decided to have breakfast in the hotel on each of our 3 days' stay.

The most welcoming and friendly hosts. After check-out they helped us with storing our luggage and even small bit that needed ferigeration for couple of hours. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wish we stayed there longer.
