Everything was great. The location is right in the city centre, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, metro stations also within 5 mins walking distance.
I stayed in a female only dormitory with 6 beds that had a bathroom in the room. Also other bathrooms that you can use outside the room so I never had to wait to use one, they clean them everyday.
Free dinners, free croissants and coffee in the morning, spacious lockers to keep your stuff safe.
And last but not least, the staff. Super helpful, super friendly, they made sure I have everything I need.
I will for sure book this place again when I’ll come back.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Madrid! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid!

I can really recommend this place! Location is great, you are in the heart of the city. Even Gran Vía is just a few steps away, the apartment was super quiet, facing the courtyard. Everything very modern, good size for 2 people. Christian was super friendly and helpful. Will for sure come back! :)

About a 15 - 20 minute walk from the city centre, also a similar walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral - for me this was a very convenient location.
Plenty of restaurants around, lots of public transport options (if you can figure out the train system - which is easy within the city region)
