We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Madrid! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Hellen was an amazing host. We arrived after 26 hours of travelling from Australia, well before check-in time, and she offered to let us stay in an unoccupied apartment for a few hours until our apartment was ready. I'm not sure how we would have survived without it!
The apartment itself was spacious and immaculate. The location was amazing. Easy walking distance to so many things (Prado, Royal Palace, Puetra del Sol, Mayor Plaza, etc), and right next to the metro if required.
Would definitely stay again, thanks Hellen!
