This is a lovely property in a fantastic location. The welcome drink, the complimentary mini bar the first night, the pillow menu....so many small touches that add up to a wonderful stay. I'd requested a room with twin beds and when they didn't have one available we were given an additional room free of charge. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My only regret is we only stayed one night. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the location is excellent, walking distance to the car park and attractions such as shops and restaurants. It felt like an oasis in the middle of old town, really as special place with a lot of history.

the location is amazing, less than 8 minutes to the bus stop that can take you to the airport, and have supermarkets and great restaurants nearby; the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed; room was clean and cozy, not too big, but everything was tidy and well organised; the brunch at the lounge worth the price, very good proportion for what we paid. would stay here next time if i visit Palma

A truly beautiful and well designed new hotel in the best location in Palma. Like being inside a design magazine. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the soaps and shampoo lovely.
